Resumo:
Na busca pela evolução da construção civil brasileira rumo a um cenário competitivo, a comunidade técnica e científica vem se deparando com a necessidade de obras que utilizem recursos de forma eficiente e que atendam as normas técnicas. Neste aspecto, os sistemas industrializados ganham destaque. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar os requisitos que influenciam o processo de escolha de um sistema construtivo e propor um checklist, que auxilie o responsável por essa definição a escolher qual solução técnica se adequa ao seu cenário. Para a verificação dos requisitos, foram realizadas entrevistas com profissionais atuantes no mercado da construção civil, especializados em construções que utilizam sistemas industrializados. O checklist foi aplicado a um estudo de caso de um centro logístico de galpões industriais, executado em sistema pré-moldado de concreto. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que o checklist, além de ter preenchimento rápido, permite a identificação das interferências e impactos que o sistema construtivo escolhido possa ter no empreendimento em análise, auxiliando o responsável técnico a selecionar a melhor solução para o projeto ainda na etapa de concepção.
Abstract:
In the search for the evolution of Brazilian civil construction towards a competitive scenario, the technical and scientific community has been faced with the need for works that use resources efficiently and that meet technical standards. In this respect, industrialized systems gain prominence. The objective of this work is to identify the requirements that influence the process of choosing a constructive system and to propose a checklist, which helps the person responsible for this definition to choose which technical solution fits their scenario. To verify the requirements, interviews were conducted with professionals working in the civil construction market, specialized in constructions that use the industrialized systems. The checklist was applied to a case study of a logistics center of industrial warehouses, executed with precast concrete. The results show that the checklist, in addition to being quick to complete, allows the identification of interferences and impacts that the chosen construction system may have on the project under analysis, helping the technical manager to select the best solution for the project still in the conception stage.
