Abstract:
This article presets a review with comments about the industrial works and services in which uninterrupted working on Sundays and on National holidays is imperative. It presents additional remarks on the Governmental Decree (Decreto nº 27.048 from August, 12 of 1949)which approves the Law governance nº 605 from January, 5 of 1949, which forbids the work on Sundays and on holidays but, on the other hand, it brings forward new chances and new dealings with the Labor Unions, brought by the recent new Ordinance from The Ministry of Labor and Employment: Portaria, MTE nº 945 from July, 08 of 2015.
