Abstract:
This paper presents the results of a research related to the feasibility of using the SIR 3000 radar system with 2.6 GHz antenna to investigate the pavement structure focused on identifying the interfaces between the pavement layers made of different materials as well as to determine the thicknesses of these layers. The results showed the efficacy of the GPR method for the present application
