Abstract:
Controlled drug delivery system maintains constant the drug concentration in the therapeutic range for a prolonged period, using a unique dosage. This work evaluated the thermal behavior of nanoparticles containing hydrocortisone acetate suspensions by TG and DSC. It was verified that the suspensions prepared with Tween®20 had higher stability with less weight loss in the first event of the TG that suspensions that did not contain the surfactant
