Abstract:
Land regularization is a process that includes legal, urbanistic, environmental and, social measures with the purpose of incorporating informal urban centers into urban planning and the ownership of the land. One of the stages of the land regularization process deals with Technical Studies for Risk Situations, in the case of landslide risk areas in settlements; and the Environmental Technical Study, whenever the nucleus, or part of it, is in a Permanent Preservation Area (APP), in a sustainable use conservation area, or in a spring protection area. The use of geotechnologies is an important tool for environmental studies. Thus, the main objective of this work is to present the use of Geographic Information System, Drone and Satellite Images to assist in the delimitation of risk sectors, indication of alternatives for interventions to reduce the degree of risk and delimitation of permanent preservation areas. In the municipality of Itapevi (SP) 15 areas were mapped for land regularization. Forty sectors were delimited for landslides, 03 for margin erosion and, 11 for floods. There were 40 sectors of landslides, 03 of margin erosion and, 11 of flooding. Then 17 (seventeen) risk sectors were classified as High and Very High for landslides, the 02 (two) sectors with High Risk for margin erosion and, 01 (one) sector with High Risk for floods. In the APP mapping 17 sectors were delimited in water courses and 3 sectors in springs.
